This page explains how to request deletion of your personal data, including any information associated with your interactions with us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp (Meta platforms).
How to request deletion
To have your personal data deleted, send a request from the email or phone number associated with your account to contact@oidro.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your full name;
- The email address and/or phone number you used with us;
- The platform(s) involved (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, our website).
What happens next
We will verify your request and delete the personal data we hold about you within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, tax or transaction records). We will confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
